SURPRISE BOOKINGS

If a booking is made for another location, please ensure that someone in the household is notified that a yard greeting will be delivered, set up, and taken down within the specified time frame. We want to make sure that while we’re staking yards we’re spreading smiles and not surprising anyone in a bad way!

CELEBRATION YARD NOTES PROPERTY

The yard signs are the property of Celebration Yard Notes. Please do not damage, destroy, or tamper with the yard signs. Please do not move the signs. In the event of damage or missing signs and/or stakes, you are responsible for the full value of replacement for each letter, image, or stake. The current replacement cost is $25 per piece.

Please ensure that the following is completed prior to and through the duration of your greeting yard booking:

• Please water your lawn
• Turn off sprinkler/irrigation systems
• Reschedule landscaping/mowing
• Leave outside lights on for us (to help us see the house number and during setup if it’s dark out)
• If the yard greeting is a gift for another household, please inform a person in that household and share the above information.

CUSTOM PHRASES/GREETINGS

Revision of requested wording or declining bookings is done at the discretion of Celebration Yard Notes. We reserve the right to decline bookings that contain unlawful, vulgar, defamatory, inappropriate, hateful, racially or ethnically or otherwise objectionable content. If a booking is declined, a full refund will be issued.

DAMAGE/LIABILITY

Celebration Yard Notes and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any greeting yard rental. We are not responsible for any damages to irrigation systems underground hoses that could be punctured.

REFUND POLICY

Sometimes cancellations occur.  As long as we have 48 hours notice, we’ll gladly refund your money.  We will not refund for circumstances that prevent us from doing our job though. For example, wrong access codes to gated communities, unruly pets, refusal by the homeowner to allow us to display our cards.
